Our last Zurich Study Trip – what a success. UPM agreement with ETH to offer the double Diploma in 2017 Edition has been a great chance for the participants of the MAS in Collective Housing to get closer to the ETH study and research atmosphere. Students had the opportunity to travel to Zurich (Switzerland) and discover the world’s leading city for life quality, housing innovation, construction technologies and social development.

Accompanied by the program director and program manager, participants could exchange experiences with worldwide known architects during this educational, insightful and enjoyable trip.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TRIP

Students from the MCH program have described the trip as an amazing experience and have provided very positive feedback.
Many feel that it has enabled them to gain an enhanced knowledge of housing standards and professinal office structures which will help them in developing their business plans and getting new potential clients. They also appreciated the opportunity to interact with successful architects and professors teaching at ETH Zurich, one of the best Architecture Schools of the world.

Such has been the success of this last Zurich study trip, that it may be repeated next year for the new intake! With only some places remaining for the 10th MCH Edition, the 9th intake of this program shows already the results of the successful agreement between ETH and UPM.
