This is the second time professor Ebner come to Madrid to be part of the MCH. In 2013, he was specialty leader of the module of Housing Theory and this year he is back as an invited lecturer for the same module.
For us is such a big privilege to count with Prof. Ebner as part of our faculty, and we hope the MCH participants enjoy this experience hand by hand with this amazing architect.
Born in Hallwang, Austria in 1968. Peter Ebner has taught at the University of Roma Tre in Italy, the International Summer Academy of Fine Arts in Salzburg, at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard in Boston, the Huddersfield University and at MCH in Madrid. He has led workshops at Tohoku University, Japan and the University de los Andes in Bogota, Columbia. From 2003 to 2009 he has been Chair and Professor for Housing and Housing Economics at the Technical University in Munich, Germany. From 2009 till 2015 he was the Director of the 3M futureLAB by UCLA - Los Angeles. Where he printed with his students from 4 Universities in the futureLAB the first worldwide 3D printed house. Mr. Ebner collaborates with a variety of changing team partners in the poetic perspective in every assignment, for the imaginary aspect that exceeds a mere performance of services. Peter Ebner and friends belongs to a generation searching for individual choices, far removed from fashionable trends.
