MARÍA EIZAYAGA Y DANIEL ALCALÁ, PARTICIPANTES DEL MCH'17, FINALISTAS DEL CONCURSO DOM DE VIVIENDA EN RUSIA

La propuesta de María Eizayaga y Daniel Alcalá (MCH'2017) ha sido seleccionadas como finalista en el concurso "Open International Competition for Alternative Layout Design in Standard Housing", en Rusia. 

Concurso internacional abierto para diseño de tipologías alternativas de vivienda estándar

La propuesta, llamada "The Revenge of Collective Housing", fue seleccionada junto a otros diecinueve proyectos para la etapa final del concurso "Open International Competition for Alternative Layout Design in Standard Housing". Deben enviar la propuesta final en Noviembre 2018. El equipo estuvo conformado por María Eizayaga, Daniel Alcalá, Emilio López, Joaquín Eizayaga, Alberto Sánchez, Oscar Hernández, Paulina Hernández, Samuel Orona, Julio Carranza, Alan Villalobos.

El concurso, promovido por el Ministerio Ruso de la Construcción, Industria, Vivienda y Obras Públicas, tiene el propósito de expandir las tipologías de apartamentos de tamaño mediano y grande, y que estos cumplan con los requisitos modernos para proporcionar comodidad y seguridad del entorno del hábitat mediante la implementeción de tecnologías de construcción avanzadas. Los participantes del concurso tendrán la tarea de crear soluciones de planificación óptimas que se adapten fácilmente a las necesidades de los diversos grupos de usuarios y las condiciones climáticas en Rusia, así como a los cambios introducidos durante la fase de implementación del proyecto.

"If eating, sleeping, taking a bath, talking with family, receiving visits, cooking, sheltering are activities of the universal act of dwelling, the twenty-first century has shown again that not everything has been said in this field.

It is undeniable that, until two decades ago the human being lived in his house and worked in a different place. This routine made him separate his productive life from the private one. The social of the intimate. Everything was easy to categorize.

Today those borders are erased at unthinkable speeds. The post-industrial era and the era of technology- at full blossom, if precise-confronts us with the paradigms that governed our behavior respect to architecture. The futurists of today, the rigorous, those who seek to get away from the well-worn dystopia and programmed apocalypse, know that they are prone to get too close to the present in any of their lucubrations. Technology will surprise us every day, that is something that should not be doubt.

Providing our children with a childhood full of fantastic adventures and games in company, teaching them by example that it is important to live with the one next door and the one in front. To convey to them the importance of the practice of politics, of negotiation and tolerance.

Master in Collective Housing UPM/ETH

El Máster de Estudios Avanzados en Vivienda Colectiva es un programa profesional e internacional de postgrado que se desarrolla a tiempo completo, tratando el diseño arquitectónico avanzado en la ciudad y la vivienda. Está diseñado e impartido de manera conjunta por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) y la Instituto Federal Suizo de Tecnología de Zurich (ETH)
