ÁLVARO CATALÁN DE OCÓN

After completing his Business Management studies in Madrid he graduates with honours from Central
Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London in 2004.
In 2007 and 2010 he exhibits in the Salone Satellite di Milano and is winner of the Design Report
Award of this last edition. Since then, he shows every year his new projects at Spazio Rossana Orlandi
Milano.
During 2011 he conceives and develops the PET Lamp Project, which has been a growing success
since its presentation in 2013. This has enabled him to create later on ACdO S.L. the self-production
design edition brand of his studio.
Currently he combines his work as consultant to different companies with the self-production of some
of his designs from his studio in Madrid.
