Born in Spain, 1962. Currently holds the position of Head of the Professional Service Department, Spain´s National Trade Promotion Agency:  ICEX Spain Trade & Investment. 

Was posted to the Trade Commission of Spain in Miami, Florida as Director of the ICEX Promotion Center, developing and implementing strategies for Service and domestic equipment industries in the US.

Also posted to the Trade Commission of Spain in São Paulo, promoting Spain´s SME companies in Brazil.

Extensive expertise in the international field of both Construction and fashion industry in the private sector.

Extensive expertise in working groups on internationalization strategies for different service production industries (including architecture).

Executive MBA, Instituto de Empresa IE, Madrid. Graduate in International Trade at Centro de Estudios Comerciales CECO, Spain State Secretariat for Trade, Ministry of Economy and Trade. Law Degree, Complutense University, Madrid.

He is a member of the faculty of different training centers specializing in internationalization: Fundación Ceddet, were he has directed and taught courses on the international promotion of Services and on foreign trade promotion.
