Madrid Architecture Week 2019 is celebrated this year from September the 30th to October the 7th. During this period of time, it is possible to attend a significant amount of events, conferences and activities related to architecture in different parts of the city.
The XVI Edition of the Architecture Week is organized by the Architects Chamber of Madrid and the COAM Architecture Foundation, in collaboration with the Madrid City Council.
One of the main novelties of this edition is the conferences cycle REPENSAR MADRID, that includes five themes: ARCHITECTURE Magazine, Urban Planning, Crisis, Housing and Environment. This cycle will continue over the next year to reflect about the future of our capital city. Key players in Madrid's professional and cultural life will participate in it.
The most beloved activities of all editions of the Architecture Week are the Architecture Visits. Some of the most relevant buildings and urban projects in the city can be visited, being accompanied by their architects and/or experts in the field. In that sense, you will have the chance to discover the Madrid Architectural background the best way possible.
All scheduled architecture visits are listed below, highlighting at the beginning those we consider most related to the content of the Master in Collective Housing.
