Master in Collective Housing (MCH) takes place mainly in Madrid, where participants will attend to lessons daily. The accommodation needed during the study trips abroad will be organized by the MCH Office and included in the tuition fee price.
Spanish poet Antonio Machado defined Madrid as the “breakwater of all the Spains”, as the meeting point for cultures and races, where it only takes less than two weeks to feel at home. Although its size is that of a cosmopolitan metropolis, it still is the open city it has always been and preserves its great (affordable) cuisine, its well-known night life and its cultural highlights. This modern air harmoniously contrasts with its important old quarters and its cultural traditions.
Its great transportation network allows you to move fast and easy. Madrid is a safe city, where citizens, tourists and visitors can stroll around and sightsee at ease, both during the day and at night.
The School of Architecture (ETSAM) is located on the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid Campus, which sits on the limit between the city centre and one of the largest green areas of the city, Casa de Campo.
