Roberto Carlucci, MCH'2013 participant, has won the FIRST PRIZE with the proposal submitted, together with his team, to the EUROPAN Portugal Competition.

The winning project, called LIMENOCHORA, is located at Azenha Do Mar (Odemira), Portugal. The team was formed by Roberto Carlucci, Alessandro Labriola, Giuditta Matarrese, Antonietta Canta, Daniela Mancini, Maria Piepoli, all of them from Italy.

Extract from the architects:

"We believe that the idea of house in a place like Azenha has to be tighltly connected to productive activites. At the same time the rapidly and unpredictably changing needs of such a small community can be met only through buildings resulting adaptable in their configuration and flexible in their uses. A family house that can become a co-housing space, a tourist residence, a senior residence or a working place through simple actions".

MCH congratulates Roberto and his team for this amazing result!
