Academic Diploma

The MCH is a degree program offered at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid UPM in collaboration with the Swiss Technological University of Zurich ETH. Both universities join forces to offer the first UPM / ETH Diploma: «Master of Advanced Studies UPM / ETH in Collective Housing».

In this way, the MCH is officially recognized as one of their MAS programs, validating this master’s degree with the same recognition as the existing postgraduate courses offered at ETH Zurich. This agreement builds on the importance and commitment of the MCH to excellence since its foundation in 2006, when it was first taught at UPM, ETSAM Madrid.

Starting in 2017, each year’s program is co-designed with professors from UPM-ETH: a unique, excellent and comprehensive continuing education course on the topic of Housing. It is an opportunity for mutual exchange and for the expansion of the respective networks of these universities in the Latin and German/Anglo-Saxon cultural environments.

The MCH diploma issued at the end of the course qualifies participants who have successfully completed the course as «Master of Advanced Studies UPM/ETH in Collective Housing», with a certificate bearing the logos of the UPM and ETH.
