Carlos Chauca
Carlos is an experienced architect with a diverse international background.
He holds a Master’s degree (MCH) from ETSAM and ETH Zurich (2018), a Diploma in Real Estate from UNAM and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from PUCP (2014).
With more than 10 years of experience, he has led competitions and projects around the world in top global firms such as Sauerbruch Hutton, Baumschlager Eberle, Ricardo Bofill and JSa. Carlos is currently a Senior Architect at David Chipperfield Architects.
He has a strong interest in collective housing, which has been a primary focus of his practice. Additionally, he has also worked on master planning, hospitality, mixed-use, educational, and office buildings across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.Carlos has also been a guest lecturer at universities in Peru, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
