Carolina Roca Castillo

Graduate in Economics and Business Administration and a Law degree from the University  Pontificia Comillas in Madrid (ICADE E-3).

She has extensive experience of more than 25 years in the real estate sector as the third generation of the family that gives its name to Grupo Roca, specializing in affordable housing in Madrid, Valencia, Catalonia and Aragon. She has been its general manager since 1999.

In 2022 she was appointed president of ASPRIMA (Association of Real Estate Developers of Madrid) by the General Assembly.
