The International Property Awards has announced Naturport Villas as winner of the Five Star Best Residential Development Turkey Award and Best in Europe Nomination at its annual ceremony, held in London at The Lancaster Hotel on 24th of October 2019.

The globally recognised awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.

This latest accolade adds to the success already achieved by the residential development, which was named as Best Residential / Holiday Homes for Turkey Daily Sabah realestate section.

Designed and developed by Forward Echelon Venture Capital in partnership with Ilktas construction. Mr. Amer Alamer, the developer/ investor, is a graduate of MCH (2010 Edition), one of the top five best architecture masters in the world, located in Madrid, and is also ranked number one in Spain. The founder of Forward Echelon Venture Capital says that potential owners of these villas will see a significant increase in their property prices following completion in 2020. “Kusadasi, Cesme and Bodrum are tipped to be the top three hotspots for this year,” he advises. “Kusadasi in particular is an area to watch, with its large government infrastructure spending and cruise ship tourism doubling.”

The development consists of 16 villas (four and five-bedrooms), eight townhouses (three-bedrooms) and nine apartments (two-bedrooms) inspired by three cities in Tuscany, Italy. The development has two distinct areas, one for freshly grown fruit and vegetables, while the other houses an animal farm where fresh eggs and milk will be delivered to the residences daily by a highly experienced management team.

All villas, townhouses and apartments enjoy a 180º unobstructed view of the Aegean coast and the Greek Island of Samos. Each villa has a plot of land ranging between 800m² to 1,100m² with an infinity pool overlooking the magical view of the Aegean coast, a gazebo and architecturally designed landscaping.
