Enrique Martin Barragán

Enrique is an economist and has developed his career as consultant specialized in finance and real estate. Currently works at Afi, and assists different clients from the public  and private sector to define or use financial instruments in different affordable housing projects. He has advised ICO in the definition of a program to invest in the equity of vehicles to develop and operate affordable housing projects and has also advised different regional administrations in the definition of private-public partnerships.
He previously worked at JLL, both in the valuation team and in the Capital Markets-Living. He also worked for the Spanish AMC –Sareb– in the management of risk and in the definition of strategies for different portolios, including rented houses, land and other operational assets.
He teaches at different business schools in real estate and finance programs and has authored different publications on housing. He is member of RICS and member of its local team on sustainability.
