Javier Mazorra. Phd in Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Madrid, Spain. Researcher fellow at the Innovation and Technology for Development Centre at the Technical University of Madrid (itdUPM).
Since 2012, he has been participating in studies to measure the impacts on human development and the environment of energy access interventions in several countries taking into account the relationships with gender and climate change.
Javier Mazorra has been working also as project manager of Alianza Shire, a multi-stakeholder partnership fo energy access in refugee camps, and recently (since December 20018) as coordinator.
