- 1990 Graduated from the Master’s Program in Architecture, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University
- 1989 Studied at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands
- 1992–1995 Worked at Van Berkel & Bos (UNStudio)
- 1998 Established moriko kira architect
