Carlos Llibre Beltri

Carlos Llibre Beltri is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of 011h, a Spanish company pioneering industrialized, low-carbon construction focused on multi-family affordable housing. Trained as an architect at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and in Business Administration at the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), he brings a design-led perspective to the operational and industrial challenges of building at scale. He now leads a residential pipeline of more than 3,000 housing units that 011h will design, procure and build.

As COO, Carlos leads three areas: first, the R&D team, responsible for developing the residential product; second, the business development team; and finally, the business units, which execute projects across four geographies — Catalonia, Valencia, Málaga and Madrid. Much of his work has focused on building the operational infrastructure — organizational structure, planning frameworks and delivery systems — that lets the company compete with traditional construction on price while offering a faster, more reliable and more sustainable solution.

Carlos is an active voice in Spain’s construction innovation community and has spoken at REBUILD, one of the sector’s leading congresses on the future of building, as well as at other industry forums.

Outside of 011h, Carlos is the founder of ALL1 Team, taking on endurance challenges in memory of his late twin brother, Álex, such as finishing the Dakar Rally by motorbike in 2024. What began as a personal tribute has grown into an ongoing commitment to testing physical and mental limits — a discipline that mirrors the same resolve he brings to building operations at scale.
