Eva Gil

Workshop

Eva Gil, architect (2009) Studied at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and TU-Delft. Master in Advanced Architectural Projects (2012 with honours, ETSAM, UPM). Teacher at the Projects Design Department at the ETSA, Madrid, UPM. Co-founder of the architectural firm elii, founded in 2006. Her works and articles have been included in prestigious publications and specialized media and exhibitions. She has obtained several awards and recognitions to their work, such as: COAM Award Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (2017, 2016, 2013, 2011, 2006); XIII Bienal Española de Arquitectura y Urbanismo Award (2015); JustMad Award to Emergent Creativity (2013) and the Arquia Proxima Award (2014). Eva Gil’s work has been nominated to the EU Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award (2014).
