Architect by the ETSAM of the UPM, specializing in Urban Planning.
More than 20 years of practice and experience in the field of building and rehabilitation, of which 8 in free exercise of the profession as Director of architectural firm in the field of building and rehabilitation.
13 years of municipal experience focused on housing, rehabilitation and regeneration policies, as Technical Delegate and Head of the Regeneration Service, as well as Director of urbanization and infrastructure works in Integrated Rehabilitation Areas such as Lavapiés.
Regular participation in seminars on rehabilitation and recovery of the city.
Collaboration in the document “Innovative Formulas for Management and Financing in Neighborhood Regeneration Actions”, prepared by the Observatory of Urban Vulnerability of the Juan de Herrera Institute and the Ministry of Development.
Teaching activity at the Colegio de Arquitectos de Madrid, in the field of urban regeneration.
Currently, General Director of Housing, Rehabilitation and Regeneration of the Housing Area of the Madrid City Council.
