Luis Minambres

Luis is an industrial engineer with over 10 years of experience in the energy and consulting industries. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Madrid and has a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD.

He currently works in Madrid as a Project Leader in The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with high focus on the Energy industry and large-scale transformational projects. Additionally, he is actively involved as a core member of their Learning and Development and Recruiting departments.

Prior to joining BCG, Luis worked for three years at Vestas Wind Systems in Denmark and the US, as part of their Global Talent Development Program, tackling business-critical projects in Technology, Production and Performance Management business units.

Alongside his core professional activity, Luis is also co-founder of Worksmart (www.worksmart.es), a training platform aimed to empower young professionals by learning highly demanded skills to shine at their start of their professional endeavor.
