Maite Arrondo Segovia

Maite Arrondo Segovia is a Lead Urban Expert of the EU programme. She has participated in several projects as Expert of the European Commission related with social rights and housing (CiTown research project). She currently works as a Consultant for the `Housing and Renovation Institute of Barcelona Municipality´, coordinating and supporting diverse European Networks and forums related with housing, social inclusion and social rights. While working as Coordinator of Barcelona´s European Housing Agenda she has organized several international workshops and meetings, the latest one at the Smart City World Expo for example.

Working as mentor and having experience working with Municipalities across Europe she has developed a good understanding and empathy with the context of local governance.
